Monkey Madness

I recently had the opportunity to bake for my nephew's first birthday. We had a monkey themed celebration, complete with monkey cake, monkey cupcakes, and gorilla cookies. Lot's of fun with the little monkeyman, Merrick!

I made these sugar cookies shaped like lions (not very fierce) for my friend who is graduating from St. Leo's, whose mascot is a lion.

Graduation/Spring Cookies

After my wonderful neighbor made the suggestion, I decided to try out a variation on plain old sugar cookies. I added almond extract to the original recipe and got these melt in your mouth treats. Thanks Ines:-)

Buzz! Buzz!

Cappuccino Cupcakes! In addition to cheesecakes and cookies, cupcakes have been added to my menu! Here some Cappuccino cupcakes with latte frosting. Delicious and caffeinated!

Creative Cookies!

In addition to cheesecakes, I am now making delicious decorated cookies, brownies, biscotti, and almost any other sweet treat. I have made some cute sugar cookies for showers and can cater to different themes. Some of the shapes I can make include: palm trees, alligators, fish, kitties, dogs, flowers, etc. Not only are they adorable but they are also delicious!
